For the 6th straight day, unabated fighting between the opposition and the Syrian army continued in Aleppo on Saturday, forcing thousands of civilians to flee the war-wrecked city.
According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Right (SOHR), Syrian army, backed by Russian warplanes, controlled Ratyan town in Aleppo, the BBC reported.
The seizure of Ratyan paves the way for the Syrian army to advance to Nobil and Zahraa towns.
