Kurdish forces retake some Daesh-held districts

The Kurdish People's Protection Units (YPG) retook on Sunday some Daesh-controlled districts in Aleppo Countryside.

They recaptured the districts after several-day clashes with Daesh militants, Sky News reported.

The advance made by the YPG forces in Aleppo Countryside is in its favor, especially with the retreat of Daesh fighters from these districts.

Kurdish forces control a borderline extending from northeastern Syria to the Syrian city of Ain al Arab, also known as Kobani, as well as Afrin town located in the far north west.
