More than 50 persons were killed by shelling conducted in different districts in besieged Aleppo city over the past 24 hours, according to medics in Syria on Tuesday. 

Sky News channel quoted the sources as saying that the heavy shelling targeted districts of Al Shaar and Karm Al Mayser.
