Over 4,000 people have been killed and injured in Aleppo since the collapse of the US and Russian-brokered truce, so far, the Syrian Observatory for HUman Rights (SOHR) said on Sunday.
Between September 19 and November 6, as many as 908 civilians - including 204 children - were killed during shelling and clashes in Aleppo and its countryside, SOHR added.
As Russian airstrikes have killed 458 civilians - including 85 children - in Aleppo's eastern parts, regime bombardment left 31 citizens and seven children dead there.
Up to 22 people, including 57 children, were killed by Russian and regime airstrikes against Aleppo countryside, SHOR noted, adding that at least 192 people were killed in opposition shelling of regime-controlled western parts.
Meanwhile, air raids by regime and Russian jets as well as bombardment left 3,200 variously injured in eastern Aleppo, the London-based observatory said.
