Syrian Army Gives Militants Last Ultimatum to Surrender in Eastern Part of Aleppo

The Syrian regime gave the armed opposition groups, stationed in eastern districts of Aleppo city, 24 hours to leave it and lay down their arms, Sky News quoted Syrian sources as saying on Sunday.

It added that the regime threatened to launch a strategic attack if the opposition groups did not leave the area and lay down their weapons.

Earlier, Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that Syrian regime forces regained a number of districts in western Aleppo.
