Syrian regime forces on Sunday regained control on the third abandoned battalion in Homs eastern rif, SANA quoted a military source as saying.

This came after the forces killed a number of Daesh terrorists in the area, the source said.

He added that the military units continue operations to attack and chase the group’s militants.
