London - MENA
Casualties of the Syrian regime airstrikes in Armanaz town in Idlib province rose to 34, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said on Sunday.
About eight children were killed in the raids.
The London-based watchdog said the second raid coincided with rescue operations.
On September 15, Russia, Turkey, and Iran agreed to create a "de-escalation zone” in Idlib, as part of efforts to establish a ceasefire in Syria.
