Hussain Nasser Lootah, Director-General of Dubai Municipality, has donated Braille copies of the book, "Flashes of thoughts" by Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to employees who are visually impaired.

The presentation of the book contains the inspirational thoughts and opinions of Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, which he gave during the panel discussion at the Government Summit 2013, and coincides with the World Braille Day celebrations.
