Baghdad - Arab Today

Iraqi warplanes on Sunday destroyed Daesh workshop used in booby trapping cars, warehouses, and a command center in Anbar, a military statement said.

The airstrikes were conducted upon a tip-off, the statement issued by the Iraqi Defense Ministry added.

Also, the Iraqi army raided six Daesh sites and a workshop used for manufacturing 120 mm mortar shells, the statement said.

As many as 10,000 mortars, made for attacking liberated districts of Mosul, were seized, it added.

Meanwhile, US-led strikes bombed Daesh sites in various districts of Mosul.

In statements, Iraqi lawmaker Zahid el khatony said an unidentified aircraft bombed Nineveh's industry market.

Dozens were killed and injured in the airstrike, he added.
