The Department of Culture and Tourism in Abu Dhabi, has announced two significant new management appointments.
Former Acting Executive Director of Tourism, Sultan Al Mutawa Al Dhaheri, has been appointed as Executive Director of the Tourism Sector, while Nawal Rashid Al Hassani has been named Executive Director of Strategy and Planning Sector.
Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, the Department's Chairman, said, "The appointments reflect the excellent contributions both have already made to the successes of the Department in promoting Abu Dhabi on the world stage, and our continuing confidence in their vision and professionalism."
Abu Dhabi's Department of Culture and Tourism is the entity responsible for developing the emirate into a world-class, sustainable destination of distinction, and conserving and promoting its heritage and culture.
