Qatar's Culture and Sports Minister Salah bin Ghanim Al-Ali has underlined the importance of the major cultural events as they promote the exchange of creative experiences and bring closer ties among intellectuals in the Arab Gulf states.
This came during a meeting with Qatari and GCC writers and innovators who participated in the events of the Qatari pavilion at Janadriya 31 Festival held under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia, according to Qatar News Agency (QNA).
The minister attended a literary symposium held at the Qatari pavilion and praised the development of Qatari heritage and cultural expressions that enabled the public of the Janadriya festival to see and enjoy the richness of Qatari heritage, QNA reported.
