Ideen Belmahdy happy to be part of “ Fashion Star”
Algeria – Rabiaa Kharees
The Algerian Fashion designer Ideen Belmahdy will participate in the new reality show “ Fashion Star “, along with other international designers.
He expressed his happiness, during an interview with “Arabs Today”, over being a part of such program , adding that he won’t just be representing Algeria but all of the Arab countries. He promised that he will do all his best to attract the attention of fans in the Arab world. He stressed his keenness to present new ideas gathering between modernity and Algerian heritage
The Algerian designer, born in Shalf province in 1989, started his career with a designer specialist in designing Caftans, while he transferred later to Paris as he opened his own store there .
The program will be aired next March on Dubai One ,as the director of the channel reveled during a press conference , saying that the program will have 12 contestants and one will be leaving at the end of every episode.
The winner will be awarded 450 thousand dirhams , besides a chance to buy his or her designs on “Namshi.com” website.
