The Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) will open on Sunday evening Al Ghuwairiya Health Centre in northern Qatar.
HE the Minister of Public Health Abdullah bin Khalid Al-Qahtani will open the new centre which was built by the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) for the Primary Health Care Corporation. PHCC Director Dr. Maryam Abdul Malik along with a number of the PHCC officials will attend the opening ceremony.
The opening of the centre comes in implementation of the strategic plan for new health centres and buildings which the PHCC is planning to open in cooperation with Ashghal.
The new Al Ghuwairiya Health Centre, is the first of new centre scheduled to be opened this year. It will deliver health services to inhabitants of the area and nearby places by general and specialist sections aiming to provide the best, safe and effective health services to citizens and residents in keeping with the highest international standards.
