Syrian governmental troops managed to control Barza District of the Syrian capital of Damascus on Tuesday, as the fighter of opposition withdrew from the district upon an agreement with the governmental forces. Meanwhile, the opposition factions managed to prevent the governmental troops from achieving advance the eastern Ghouta after violent clashes that led to the killing of 40 elements and the injury of others.
Syrian government forces and their affiliated militias managed, on Sunday, to recapture several areas near the city of Maskana, east of Aleppo, Qasioun News reported. The Syrian regime forces managed to retake the areas of Maskana Train Station, Khirbet al-Far, al-Masaken and al-Sukariyah, after fierce battles with the Islamic State group, amid mutual rockets and artillery shelling, but no casualties were reported.
Meanwhile, Russian Aviation conducted air strikes on the residential neighborhoods in the cities of Maskana, al-Hamidiyah and al-Tayiba, inflicting material damage to the areas without causing any casualties. Noteworthy, Syrian regime forces and their affiliated militias reached the northwestern outskirts of the city of Maskana, the last stronghold of the Islamic State in eastern Aleppo.
A civilians was killed and others were wounded in a bomb blast in the road linking between the western Maliha and Nahta, east of Daraa, while army troops shelled the neighborhoods of Daraa al-Balad, Qasioun News Agency reported on Sunday.
Army of the Syrian government forces, on Monday, shelled the neighborhoods of the city of Daraa, south of Syria, and inflicted material damage to the areas, Qasioun News Agency reported. The shelling on the neighborhoods of Daraa al-Balad coincided with the arrival of military reinforcements to eastern Daraa, after the fierce battles that took place between the opposition and the government forces in al-Mansheya neighborhood.
Meanwhile in the countryside of Daraa, Syrian regime forces shelled al-Naeem town, east of the city, using heavy weapons. Yesterday, army aviation shelled the neighborhoods of Daraa al-Balad and the area of Gharz, east of Daraa, without leaving any casualties.
The news agency revealed that a bomb blast hit the road linking between the western Maliha and Nahta, east of Daraa, killing a civilians and wounding others. Meanwhile, Syrian government forces shelled, using tanks and heavy weapons, the neighborhoods of Daraa al-Balad, inflicting material damage on the areas.
The army troops also shelled al-Sad neighborhood in Daraa al-Balad, using ground-to-ground missiles, injuring a number of civilians. Noteworthy, some areas in Daraa are witnessing several blasts and assassinations against security members, media officials and civilians, leaving many casualties.
Russian Air Force bombarded a convoy belonging to the Islamic State group, while withdrawing from al-Badiyah, killing dozens of the terrorist group members, Qasioun News Agency reported. The Islamic State convoy ws withdrawing from the eastern Qalamun and al-Badiyah, according to the deal with the government forces and Russia. The convoy was attacked in one of the desert areas, east of Palmyra, where dozens of the Islamic state were killed and several vehicles were destroyed.
The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), on Monday, managed to capture villages and towns west of al-Mansour town, in western Raqqa, Qasioun News reported. The Syrian Democratic Forces also advanced to the areas of al-Aliyah, al-Hamidy and al-Madakha, after fierce battles with the Islamic State group, this morning, amid rockets and artillery shelling.
In a related news, international coalition warplanes conducted several air strikes on al-Mansoura town, west of Raqqa, without leaving any casualties. Noteworthy, Syrian Democratic Forces recently managed to impose their control on several villages and towns, north and west of Raqqa.
