Labour and Social Development Minister Jameel Mohammed Humaidan has visited Bu Qua village where he met citizens of Jiblat Hebshi, Northern Sehla, Salmabad and Zayed Town to discuss the areas services needs.
Northern Governor Ali Abdulhussain Al Asfoor and the fourth constituency’s parliamentary representative Ghazi Faisal Al Rahma (MP) were also present during the minister’s meeting with the citizens.

The minister said the government in line with the ambitious reforms of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, has devised and developed numerous services projects and plans to serve the citizens needs in the various sectors, especially the development and provision of labour and social welfare projects.

MP Al Rahma and the attendees welcomed this initiative praising the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister for its tremendous effect in promoting the citizen-official interaction that reflects in further consolidating the society’s bonds.

Governor Al Asfoor said the visits by ministers and officials to the various towns and villages provide suitable opportunity to check the needs of citizens from close proximity, boost the community partnership and develop the services. He praised the directives of His Royal Highness the Prime Minister to the ministers and officials to visit the citizens in their locales and to search for problems and obstacles that might hinder the fulfillment of citizens’ life requirements to find the proper solutions for them.
