Minister Tarek el Mullah
Cairo - Arab Today

Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Wealth Tarek el Mullah left here on Sunday for Britain for talks on bolstering joint cooperation in the field of oil and natural gas.

In statements to MENA, Oil Ministry Spokesman Ahmed Abdel Aziz said the minister will attend a meeting of the Chamber of Commerce and the Egyptian-British Business Council to expound the Egyptian know-how in the development of gas and oil fields.

The minister will also deliver a speech at the Royal Air Force Club in London.

Mullah will also review the oil explorations carried out by the British companies in Egypt, especially in Northern Alexandria that will contribute to increasing Egypt's production of gas.

The minister's visit comes as part of a promotion for the Egyptian gas and oil projects among the British investors who will be briefed on Egypt's vision to turn into a regional hub for energy.
