Factor in some leisure time to your daily routine. Working around the clock will result in burnout. Make a list of hobbies that uplift and revive you. Some people are refreshed by playing sports, while others feel better after a long nap. It doesn't matter what form your relaxation takes, as long as you make it a priority. If anyone dares criticises your new routine, cut them off. Explain you don't discuss your personal decisions with those who aren't interested in your health and wellbeing.
