Information Minister Ali bin Mohammed Al Romaihi stressed the ministry’s keenness to support youth's promising talents in the media and artistic field in partnership with the national universities and the private sector.
At a meeting today with the administrative staff of the University of Bahrain’s Media Club, the minister hailed the efforts of students’ clubs in tapping on national talents and encouraging students to enrol in voluntary work and embody the values of cooperation and solidarity which characterise the Bahraini community.
He underlined the Bahraini inherent civilisational and cultural fundamentals and noble humanitarian values, hailing the creative projects and innovative ideas of the Media Club.
Al Romaihi underlined the ministry’s support to the club’s efforts in raising awareness, organising media activities and motivating students for artistic and media production, serving the community and boosting patriotism.
Head of the club’s administrative staff Yaqoob Abdulrahman Al Qattan thanked the minister for his unflinching confidence in the students’ capabilities and talents and for his support of the young national competencies in the media, telecommunication and public relations fields.
