Housing Minister Basim bin Yacoub Al-Hamer.

Housing Minister Basim bin Yacoub Al-Hamer received Council of Representatives Second Deputy Chairman MP Abdulhalim Murad and discussed several housing issues.
The two sides discussed cooperation between the ministry and the Council of Representatives to meet demands on the waiting lists and ensure the progress of work on the housing projects and residential towns, especially in the Southern Governorate.
MP. Murad commended the strenuous efforts of the ministry to fast-track housing projects, stressing the support of the legislative branch of government.
He described the housing issue as a top priority for the wise leadership and Government and Bahraini citizens, owing to its crucial importance as a basis of family life stability.
