French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault will travel to Moscow on Thursday and Washington on Friday to promote a draft UN resolution on a ceasefire in the Syrian city of Aleppo, his office said.
Ayrault's shuttle diplomacy is part of his bid to rally support for a resolution "paving the way to a ceasefire in Aleppo and for the local population to gain access to the humanitarian aid it so needs," the foreign ministry said in a statement
