Minister for Privatization Daniyal Aziz Tuesday said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)’ chief Imran Khan is scared to face the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) in 2018 polls.
Talking to Private news channel minister said the polls will be held in time, adding that there’s no reason to have early elections a key demand of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
The people of Pakistan had shown confidence on PML-N party in previous elections and it was not being digested by the political rivals, he added.
PML-N leader said that the more Sharif family is exploited, the more love they will receive from the public.
Expressing reservations over court’s decision on Panama, said even a terrorist has the right to appeal, but in this case a prime minister has been denied that right and was disqualified from his
office.
He said “our basic appeal was that a lot of things happened for the first time, but free trial and right to appeal was ignored”.
Daniyal highlighted the flaws in justice system and said “We want justice because we think how will a common man get justice when a prime minister was deprived of it”.
Daniyal Aziz said he is hopeful that party will fare even better in the 2018 elections, adding that the people will give their decision regarding Nawaz Sharif ‘eligibility’ then.
He stated that now we will brought the case of Nawaz Sharif to the public court as the people will vote for PML-N in the upcoming by-election in order to protect the sanctity of the vote and right the wrong that had been done to Nawaz.
