Patriarch Kirill affirms continued support to Syrian people
Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia praised the efforts that have been made to eradicate terrorism in Syria, as terrorism threatens the Middle East and all countries, including Russia.

Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia praised the efforts that have been made to eradicate terrorism in Syria, as terrorism threatens the Middle East and all countries, including Russia.
During a meeting with Greek Orthodox Patriarch of Antioch and All the East John X Yazigi in Moscow on Tuesday, Patriarch Kirill hoped that the crisis in Syria would end and that the Syrian refugees would return to their homes urgently.
He asserted that measures will be taken to increase the support of the Orthodox Church for the Syrian people with the help of the Russian Defense Ministry, pointing out in this regard that 5 tons of medicine and medical equipment were delivered to the Patriarchal Hospital in Syria recently.
Patriarch Kirill said that the Orthodox Church cooperates with the Russian state and public organizations to ensure the delivery of such aid in various Syrian areas
