Qatari Foreign Minister Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani received a phone call from his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu and reviewed bilateral relations and ways of strengthening joint ties, in addition to issues of mutual interest.
The two sides discussed latest developments in the Middle East region, focusing particularly on the Syrian crisis and ways of consolidating the ceasefire in the run-up to Astana meeting.
