King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Prince Khalid Al Faisal
Makkah - Arab Today

Prince Khalid Al Faisal, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah Region and Chairman of the Central Haj Committee, announced the success of this year's Haj season.
Prince Khalid thanked Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for the care and guidance he gave to ensure the safety and security of the Haj season.
During a conference in Mina in the outskirts of Makkah on Sunday afternoon, Prince Khalid thanked Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense and Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Supreme Haj Committee, for their follow-up of the work progress during the Haj season, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
He also thanked the pilgrims who contributed to the success of this Haj season, hoping that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia had offered them the services and respect they deserved.
More than two million pilgrims stood at Arafat, supplicating and praying to Allah Almighty and sending Islam’s message of peace, he said.
Prince Khalid said that the current sedition, wars, disputes and conspiracies among human beings do not please the Creator and do not honour humanity.
The emir said that he welcomed constructive criticism.
“We do not care what is being said about us abroad by those who just want to criticise. We welcome all those who advise us and provide us with constructive criticism. We accept constructive criticism. We welcome those who inform us and point out our flaws so that we address them and ensure they are not repeated. But we do not care about those who criticise for other reasons and we do not respond to them,” he said.
