AL chief: We are willing to form joint Arab force, when Arabs reach agreement
Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Abul Gheit
Cairo - MENA
Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Abul Gheit on Wednesday said forming an Arab peacekeeping force is a very good idea.
At a meeting with a delegation of Nasser Military Academy, he added that this idea could only be implemented when the Arabs reach an agreement on this score.
The AL is ready to work on the formation of the proposed force when the Arab countries decide forging ahead with implementing the idea.
