The Kingdom of Bahrain welcomes the memorandum signed by Custodian of the two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Prime Minister of the Republic of Iraq, Haider Al Abadi, to establish a coordination council between the two countries.
It regards the move as an important step towards broader fraternal relations at all levels and a strong boost to Pan-Arab Action in addition to being the main basis for confrontation of all regional challenges.
Whilst, the Kingdom of Bahrain values the huge unabated efforts of the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques to consolidate joint Arab action and underpin development efforts, stability and security in the Arab and Islamic states, it reaffirms its supportive stance towards all initiatives and endeavors aiming to materialize regional aspirations for more progress and prosperity
