Labour and Social Development Minister Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan has received Bahrain Sociologists Society (BSS) chairman Hameed Mohsen, and “Bahraini Employee is First Choice” president Mohammed Al Aradi accompanied with the society members, community members and initiative proponents.
The meeting explored various issues related to organizing the first dialogue forum slated to be held by “Bahraini Employee is First Choice” Initiative.
The initiative’s dialogue forum will be held in May under the patronage of the Minister Labour and Social Development aimed to explore opportunities and horizons for preferential recruitment of Bahraini jobseekers in the labour market.
The initiative aims to consolidate the principle of community partnership between the public and private sectors to make Bahraini citizen the first choice of employers in the labour market and to serve the Bahraini community and achieve the principles of societal partnership in the interest of sustainable development in the kingdom.
