In implementation of HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning, Issam Abdullah Khalaf, said contractors have been renovating 16 houses damaged by the oil pipeline terrorist explosion happened in Buri village.
The minister added renovation works soon will commence in seven more houses after completing technical procedures required.
He stated that renovation works progress rate of the 16 houses ranges between 20% and 95%, noting renovation of the first four houses began on November 14, 2017 and the remaining on November 28.
He directed the Works and Municipalities Affairs to further speed up work and closely coordinate with the concerned sides to pull this national duty off, which reflects the royal leadership’s interest in delivering comprehensive services to all citizens.
