Dialogue solution instead of exclusion

PSP leader, Deputy Walid Jumblatt said via Twitter on Thursday that it is illogical to say either proportional representation or vacuum, adding that there are several possibilities.
"Dialogue is the solution instead of elimination," he stressed.
