ERC delivers school bags, gifts to autistic children in Hadramaut, Yemen
Al Mukalla - Arab Today
The Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, today delivered school bags and various gifts to autistic children in Al Mukalla, as well as to children with special needs in Ash Shahar, as part of its humanitarian campaign to bring happiness to the children.
The children expressed their appreciation to the ERC team in Hadramaut and the UAE, which have supported them in all aspects of life, to help them face their burdens and ease their living conditions.
Officials from the Hadramaut Autism Society and the Special Needs Support Society in Ash Shahar praised the ERC’s generous gesture, which drew a smile on the faces of autistic and special needs children in Hadramaut.
Abdul Aziz Al Jabri, ERC Representative in Hadramaut, stated that the campaign aims to bring happiness and joy into the hearts of the young beneficiaries, while consolidating the principle of social solidarity and strengthening the spirit of co-operation and social participation.
