The Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, has delivered a submersible pump for the Rudud water project in Wadi Hadramaut, which will provide water supply to over 5,000 people.
The aid is part of the assistance provided by the UAE to ease the burden of the people in the liberated areas of Yemen.
The pump was delivered at a ceremony held today, which was attended by Abdul Aziz Al Jaberi, Head of the ERC team in Hadramaut, and Salem Bamusliha, the Project Manager, who praised the ERC's continuous support to the different service sectors and infrastructure projects in the Governorate.
Al Jaberi said the ERC was seeking to address water shortage in Wadi Hadramaut.
