UAE's telecom operator Etisalat has received the ‘Best Operator’ award at the leading industry event, ‘Telecoms World Middle East 2017,’ held in Dubai.
This award recognised the telecom operator that has achieved unparallelled growth in its operation, innovated its service portfolio, improved customer service, and developed its network capabilities since April 2016. Etisalat was shortlisted with Ooredoo Oman, Reliance Jio and Zain Group in the same category.

The 11th annual Telecoms World Awards recognises telecom operators from across the globe. The award ceremony was held at the Telecoms World Middle East and Carriers World Middle East, one of the biggest and most influential telecom events in the region dedicated to examining the future of telecoms in the Middle East, North Africa, South and Central Asia and across the globe, and attracting over 800 attendees from the full spectrum of the industry.
