Southern Governor, HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Khalifa has stressed the need for concerted efforts and coordination to deliver the best services aspired for by the Southern Governorate’s citizens.
He pointed out that the governorate’s plans are clear and stem from the directives of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa to ensure the citizens’ easy access to quality services.
Speaking as he met the Southern Municipal Council’s chairman, Ahmed Al-Ansari, and members at his Majlis, HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali outlined the Southern Governorate’s work approach for the next period, which, he said, will be based on direct communication with the citizens and field visits to identify the needs of various towns and villages and meet them.
The governor discussed with Ahmed Al-Ansari ways to improve municipal services, reiterating support to the local municipal council.
The Southern Municipal Council’s chairman and members expressed deepest congratulations to HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Khalifa for the precious royal trust bestowed upon him by appointing him to his post, voicing their readiness to fully cooperate with the governorate and work as a unified team to deliver the best services to the citizens and residents across the governorate.
