His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister directed the Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism to meet with Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) regarding commercial registration (CR) fees which will become effective later this month.
HRH the Prime Minister tasked the minister to chair a governmental commission including various specializations to consider the Chamber’s views regarding these fees and to solve any issues in this regard with Bait Al-Tijjar.
HRH the Premier's directive emanates from his keenness on the commercial and investment sector in Bahrain and in appreciation of the BCCI’s role as the representative of this sector and the partner with the government. His Royal Highness stressed the government’s keenness to consider the views of the relevant and specialized sides. The ministry has also been keen to inform Bait Al-Tijjar about these fees in advance.
