His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received at the Gudaibiya Palace today the UAE Ambassador to Bahrain, Abdul Ridha Abdulla Al-Khoury, who extended an invitation to him to attend the ceremony to be hosted by the UAE Embassy marking the UAE National Day.
HRH Premier stressed the deep-rooted fraternal bonds between Bahrain and the UAE, noting that such bonds have paved the way for establishing solid relations between the two countries’ leaderships and brotherly peoples.
HRH the Prime Minister lauded the steady growth of the Bahraini-UAE relations in various fields thanks to the support of their leaderships, and their directives to constantly bolster bilateral cooperation.
The Prime Minister stressed that the countries of the region are constantly striving to ensure their stability and the security of their peoples.
Those countries also reject any attempt to interfere into their domestic affairs, or to support attempts to subvert their security and stability, HRH Premier added.
In this regard, the UAE Ambassador condemned the terror blast that targeted an oil pipeline in the Kingdom of Bahrain, reiterating his country’s stance in support of the measures to be taken by Bahrain to maintain its security and stability.
Ambassador Al-Khoury extended thanks and appreciation to HRH the Prime Minister for his interest in bolstering relations and cooperation between the two countries and their brotherly peoples, adding that the UAE is looking forward to HRH Premier’s visit.
He also lauded the outcomes of HRH Premier’s recent visit to Thailand.
