Iraqi parliament rapporteur Niyazi Ouglu

Iraqi parliament rapporteur Niyazi Ouglu survived a mortar shell attack in Tuz Khurmatu district, said Iraqi Turkmen Front official Mohamed Samaan said on Sunday.
The hand of one of his sons was amputated due to the attack, Samaan said in a statement to Alsumaria News on Sunday.
