"At the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister to allocate and deliver 4,800 housing units all over the Kingdom's governorate, the ministry began today the distribution of residential units in Hajjiat Project to eligible citizens," Assistant Undersecretary for Policies and Housing Services, Dr. Khaled Abdulrahman Al Haydan said.
Dr. Al Haydan affirmed the distribution process will continue in successive batches until the complete distribution of all residential units to the beneficiaries. He pointed out that the concerned staff of the Directorate of Housing Services have finalized the contractual processing. The citizens have received the technical and legal information including main contractual clauses to comply with in case of any internal or external alteration in the housing unit to preserve the unit's safety and quality.
Hajjiat Project is considered one of the major housing projects implemented in the Southern Governorate as part of the 25,000 housing units implemented under the Government Action Plan in accordance with the Royal Directive to construct 40,000 housing units. He stressed that the distribution in the various stages of the projects listed within the Government Action Plan will continue which affirms that the ministry is in the right path towards the implementation of its commitment under the programme, he added.
The assistant undersecretary affirmed that the ministry will continue to distribute the remaining projects listed as part of the programme of allocation and delivery of 4,800 new homes all over the Kingdom's governorates.
