Gharbiya security forces on Saturday arrested a non-commissioned police officer accused of shooting and injuring three people in the governorate.
A probe was launched with the suspect, Gharbiya security chief Nabil Abdel Fattah said.
Earlier in the day, the policeman opened fired at his neighbors, injuring three of them.
