His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has praised the Bahraini people’s patriotic stances, which, he said, have made an honourable history of giving and dedication in the service of the homeland, and become a source of pride, particularly regarding the citizens’ keenness to bear the national responsibility of defending the country’s interests and unity.an


HRH the Prime Minister expressed his appreciation of the contributions of Bahrainis and their families in all fields of national action for the sake of Bahrain’s progress and prosperity.

The Prime Minister made the statements while receiving, at the Gudaibiya Palace today, Royal Family members and senior state officials, with whom he reviewed topics related to local issues.

During the meeting, HRH Premier affirmed that Bahrain boasts a distinguished civilisational image and a loyal people with a long history of cohesion and solidarity which had been spearheaded by the fathers and forefathers.

“We have to preserve such legacy and instill in the minds of the future generations,” he said.

HRH the Prime Minister stressed the importance of the interactive social events and the cultural and artistic momentum prevailing in the kingdom in boosting tourism and trade,

In this regard, the Prime Minister praised the key role played by the exhibitions industry in bringing to light the national products in the artistic, cultural, literary and economic fields, noting that such an industry, the exhibition industry, was given priority in the government’s strategy, being one of the pillars of plans to diversify the sources of income.

The Prime Minister asserted that interest in the exhibition industry will be increased through providing an adequate environment that ensures its success, and enable the kingdom to attract mega regional and international exhibitions, and be a centre for it.
