Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud called for the rain-seeking prayers (Istisqa prayers) to be performed all over the kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Monday.
“The performance of Istisqa prayers is good pursuant to the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him”, said the Royal Court in a statement.
The Saudi leader exhorted all the faithful across the country to perform the Istisqa prayers and supplicate Allah the Almighty for rain.
