The State Lawsuits Authority will submit on Monday new documents which support its appeal in the case of Tiran and Sanafir agreement.
The State Lawsuits Authority will respond to the report of the State Commissioners Authority in the appeal submitted against the ruling issued on June to annul a decision by the government to place two islands in the Red Sea under Saudi Arabia's sovereignty.
Egypt and Saudi Arabia had reached the deal in April whereby Egypt was due to hand over Tiran and Sanafir isles to Saudi Arabia but the Cairo Court for Urgent Matters issued a ruling in September suspending the administrative court ruling on the isles.
