Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani has strongly condemned the terrorist bombing in the Iraqi Capital of Baghdad on Thursday that left dozens of innocent civilians dead and injured.
In a statement on Saturday, Al Zayani described the attack as a terrorist crime incompatible with all human and moral values and principles.
He affirmed the GCC solidarity with Iraq, and its support in all of the security measures taken to maintain the safety and security of its citizens against all criminal terrorist acts.
Meanwhile, the GCC Secretary-General strongly condemned the terrorist bombings which took place in several towns and provinces in Pakistan killing and injuring scores of people.
Al Zayani underlined that such horrific terrorist crimes are contrary to all humanitarian principles.
