Libya's parliament speaker Aguila Saleh has sent a cable of condolences to his Russian counterpart Vyacheslav Volodin over the victims of a recent terrorist attack in St Petersburg.
Saleh, in the cable, asserted cooperation between Libya and Russia to combat terrorism, citing his country's suffering it.
On Monday, a twin blast hit a metro station in St Petersburg, leaving 14 people dead and 45 injured.
