President of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Council Olumuyiwa Benard Aliu hailed Sharm el Sheikh city as qualified to be an international tourism destination.
Aliu visited on Tuesday the Old Market and Sahaba Mosque in Sharm el Sheikh.
Civil Aviation Minister Sherif Fathi and South Sinai Governor Khaled Fouda accompanied Aliu and delegations - who take part in a conference on civil aviation security - in a tour in the Old Market area.
The three-day conference opened on Tuesday with the participation of 65 states and 10 international organizations.
