Oman Air, the Sultanate's national carrier, is currently looking to rope in investors to fund the construction and operation of the airline's offices in Salalah.
Oman Air has invited investors and financial organisations to submit tenders for the above, with the new building expected to comprise of five levels, including a basement car park.
Under the terms and conditions of this tender, the building is to be maintained by the investor for 25 years, after which it will be handed over to Oman Air.
Bidders are also expected to provide details of financial and operational resources — with evidence — that can be allocated towards the construction of this new building, in addition to submitting a portfolio of projects that were previously undertaken in this manner.
The proposal must also contain structural plans for the building, and interested organisations and/or individuals can submit their proposals to Oman Air’s Zakarya Al Azri, by emailing him at or calling him on 24258189.
