The US-led international coalition forces carried out 41 raids on locations to ISIS militants in Iraq and Syria, during the last 24 hours , where the jets carried out 10 raids near Kirkuk, Mosul, Rewrawh and Tal Afar, and 31 raid in Raqqa and Deir Ezzor.
Iraqi Federal Police raised the degrees of alert in preparation to complete the liberation of Mosul, while Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) repulsed an attack by ISIS militants, in Mubarak Al-Farhan villages, eastern Salahuddin province.
Meanwhile ISIS organization waged an attack on a village, north of Baquba, at the time the joint forces with the support of the international coalition's warplanes, foiled an attack by elements of ISIS through which they tried to sneak across the river to Mosul.
A security source revealed injuring more than 20 of ISIS militants while trying to sneak across Tigris River to Mosul. The site of the Federal police forces are now the highest degree of preparedness to fight the last phase of the liberation of Mosul, The police captain Raed Shakir Jawdat said.
A security source in Dially province revealed that number of ISIS elements have launched an attack on the Albu Issa village north of Baquba, noting that PMF and village residents were able to repel the attack. Military reinforcements in its road to the scene of the attack to enhance security checkpoints stationed in the village to impose strict security measures to guard against any further attack, the source added.
In Anbar, a security source said that the ISIS militants launched an attack, west of Al-Ratba city, pointing out security forces with international coalition's warplanes support, repulsed the attack after clashes that lasted for hours, leaving 30 of ISIS militants killed, two army killed, and five were injured.
